Ready to party with SPACE?

SPACE Autastic, Inc is happy to have you host your child’s birthday party at our facility. We know they will have a wonderful time making memories with their family and friends exploring our sensory rich environment.

Each birthday party may consist of up to 10 children, and guests’ parents/guardians are required to stay. The parent of the birthday SPACE Cadet accepts full responsibility for their guests. All regular play time rules apply to the party guests.

We will contact you within three business days with the date confirmation, invoice, and online guest liability waiver form. Please ensure each household fills out a liability waiver prior to attending SPACE. Paper copies can also be provided before admittance to the facility.

Birthday party price: $150.00. An invoice will be sent via Square to the email provided, or checks can be made out to SPACE Autastic, Inc, 21 S Jackson St, Suite 150, Janesville, WI 53548. 

*Full payment due within 14 days of invoice receipt.

A volunteer will be present for the full length of the party to answer any questions. We allow 20 minutes before the scheduled party time for set up, and 20 minutes after the scheduled end time for clean up.

SPACE Autastic birthday parties are available Saturdays and Sundays from 2-4 pm. You will have the entire SPACE to yourself for those full two hours. The doors will be opened for you at 1:40pm to allow for 20 minutes of set up, and we allow for 20 minutes of clean up time after the 4:00 party end time. We will try to accommodate your first date choice, but may be unable to depending on previous commitments and volunteer staffing. *Your date will not be saved until the full $150 rental payment is received.
I understand my date will not be saved for my party until I pay the full $150 party rental fee. I understand I am responsible for any damages at SPACE Autastic, Inc. Cleaning supplies will be provided to me, if needed. I understand that a cleaning fee of $50 may be applied if I do not clean up after my guests. This fee will be assessed during check out with the volunteer at the end of the party. A credit card will need to be on file prior to the party starting. I agree to be mindful of sensory and dietary needs of future SPACE visitors. All food and beverages must stay at the tables in the party room. Hand sanitizer will be provided for my guests to use before returning to play areas. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release SPACE Autastic, Inc, its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers from any injury, harm, damage or death which may occur to any of the party guests including myself and my child(ren) while participating and agree to save and hold harmless SPACE Autastic, Inc, its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers from any claims arising out of any guest’s participation.
